Upon graduation from the University of Michigan in 1970, he began his career in the auto industry with a wonderful working relationship with Al Serra. Randy has been instrumental in over 50 local and national charities such as Easter Seals, The United Way, Athena International, Fenton Community Center and Hurley Hospital. He has made a Strong commitment to improving the Flint area, working with numerous schools in the country. In addition, he is a significant contributor to the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Professionally, Randy was recognized with the Time Quality Dealer of the Year in 2021, served as the president of the Michigan Automobile Dealers Association in 2014, and currently serves the association as a Director-At-Large. People, attitude and fun are what truly make this business work, according to Randy. Once you have the right people with the right attitude, everything else falls into place. 1970

Randy Wise graduated from the University of Michigan in 1970 and started a wonderful 29 year working relationship with Al Serra.

1989

Randy Opened his first store in Flint! He made a huge impact at the previously known Albert Chevrolet though selling Chevrolets and helping the community.

2001

With the success of the Chevrolet store, Randy obtained two more brands at another dealership in Flint! Hyundai and Lincoln joined the Randy Wise team.

2004

As the Randy Wise Automotive Team grew, so did the need for Randy’s time. Chris Wise, our Vice President, Joined the team after working in the investment banking field in Chicago!

The Randy Wise Automotive Team moved to Fenton, Michigan when they purchased the Buick BMC store, formerly known as Martin Buick GMC!

2004 was a very busy year for the Randy Wise Automotive Team! We also had the privilege of Adding our Ford store located in Ortonville.

2012

Randy received the Time Dealer of the Year Award! This is one of the Automobile industry’s most prestigious honors.

2013

The Wise Team is at it again! The group took ownership of their first Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram store located in Clio.

2016

The Team took ownership of their second Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram store located in Durand.

2018

The Team took ownership of the Auto Depot located in Flushing.

2021

The Wise Team expanded into their first BMW, Mercedes and Toyota store – Randy Wise Motorcars!

Chris Wise grew up in the Grand Blanc where he attended Holy Family School from K-8. He graduated from Grand Blanc High School in 1996. After graduation, he attended the University of Michigan Ann Arbor Business School, graduation in 2000. After working in the investment Banking field in Chicago, he moved back to Michigan to work with Randy, Shortly after his return to Michigan, he completed the National Auto Dealer Academy in 2005. On top of being the Vice President of our Automotive Group, he has held positions in all phases of the dealership. Chris Previously ran the Lincoln/Hyundai dealership and the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & Ram store in Clio. He currently sits on the board at the United Way of Genesee County, the board at the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Flint and on the board of the Flint Cultural Center Corporation.
